Hillside washers are an important component to evenly distribute load in cross-bracing applications in the construction of metal buildings. They are used as cable assemblies with welded eye bolts or diagonal tie rods to support the steel beams and wall columns in the bases of metal buildings. 

Hillside washers are designed to allow for easy fastening at a number of different angles which, in turn enables a quick installation and easy adjustments in the field.
